Fed: Mobil cooperating with ACC investigation
Mobil Oil Australia says it's cooperating with the Australian Competition and ConsumerCommission's investigation into allegations of price fixing.
In a brief statement, Mobil says its policy is to comply fully with the Trade PracticesAct at all times.
It says the investigation relating to Mobil appears to be directed towards petrol pricingon the north coast of New South Wales and the Newcastle area, and bitumen and base oilpricing.
Mobil is among eight oil companies whose offices have been raided by the competitionwatchdog after allegations of petrol price fixing.
