QLD:New ride for adrenaline junkies.
The Gold Coast theme park Wet'n'Wild is doing what it can to keep its newest attraction
under wraps until it's launched next month.
But that's proving to be a problem .. as it's made up of a bright white A frame and
pole .. which soar 30 metres into the sky and can be seen several kilometres away.
Ride experts say it's likely to be a Skycoaster .. described as a cross between skydiving
and hang gliding.
Up to three riders are strapped face down into a harness .. winched to the top of a
launch tower then dropped to the ground to swinging on a cable.
