LG spends big in campaign to be top dog in consumer electronics.

Jan 12, 2011 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Korean company, LG Electronics, plans to dominate the Australian consumer electronics market within four years. Its goal will require it to nearly double the size of its business. COO Mark van Dyck said that the strategy included increasing its share of the smartphones market, expanding its home appliance product range, launching a new range of internet-connected TVs, and increasing marketing.
